Job description：

1. Responsible for research and development of conductive rubber materials and preparation of relevant research and development reports;
2. Responsible for the optimization of existing formula and production process to improve product stability and production efficiency;
3. Responsible for the research and development of customized products, BOM preparation and process documents preparation;
4. Complete the pre-research project according to the development trend;
5. Responsible for sorting out patents and project documents, etc.

Operating duty：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in polymer material, chemical engineering or related;

2. 2-3 years’ experience required as master degree or 4-8 years as bachelor degree;

3. Silicone rubber R&D or related experience is preferred.
