Job description：

1. Lead the research and development and improvement of new products, pre-research, formulation, process and process design of existing and cutting-edge products;
2. Guide members to complete the prenatal technical preparation work (BOM, technical document, etc.) on time according to the prenatal technical preparation plan;
3. Maintain the company's existing products, including drawings, BOM, technical documents, product standards and provide relevant technical training;
4. Analyze and deal with the problems of market feedback, improve product design, manufacturing process and quality problems;
5. Response to special market demand and order product design, BOM preparation, cutting drawing preparation, random document preparation;
6. Write patent or technical literature, and lead the internal knowledge share .

Operating duty：

1. Master degree required, preferably major in polymer material, chemical engineering, thermal research and development experience;

2. 5+ years’ experience in thermal products development or related experience, CET 4 or above;

3. Good command of communication, organization, execution; effective in teamwork.
